1. Nature and Purpose of the Service

All tools are provided for casual benchmarking, recreational curiosity, and educational use. SpeedReflex does not provide certified legal measurement instruments.

2. Road Safety & Distracted Driving Disclaimer

Never operate, touch, or view a mobile device while actively driving. In-car use must be passenger-managed or pre-configured in hands-free mounts. Obey all traffic laws.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Reaction tests are not medical diagnostics or cognitive assessments. Do not use them to assess medical fitness to drive or operate machinery.

4. Measurement Accuracy Constraints

Display refresh rates, input polling latency, and satellite obstruction introduce device-specific variations outside software control.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpeedReflex accepts no liability for speeding infractions, traffic fines, collisions, or device damages resulting from use of the site.
